VF-5H – Fumes/Dust collector with deodorizing function –

The VF-5H was developed for laser plotters, laser marking processes, and processes where adhesive fume and odor are generated at the same time. The filter agent "ZEO POWER" is laminated on the filter surface using a unique method to remove odors. the laminated ZEO POWER powder at filter protects the filter from fume and also has the effect of extending the life of the filter.

The special filter coating powder "Zeopower" supplied to filter by an automatic soaring method (Patent pending).  Adhesive fume generated by resin processing is adsorbed by "Zeopower" coated on the filter, so damage to the filter can be greatly reduced. Usually, adhesive dust makes filter life shorter. However, "Zeopower" filter coating method makes filter life longer and saves cost and maintenance time.
